Senior Policy Analyst
NGA Health

Michelle LeBlanc serves as a senior policy analyst on the NGA Health  team. In this role, she supports projects through administrative support, stakeholder communications and event planning and logistics.

Prior to joining NGA, Michelle managed human resources activities for division faculty as a program coordinator at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care. As a fellow for an Alabama health policy group, Michelle supported efforts to educate candidates on key health issues affecting the state. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Michelle supported research on social determinants associated with pre-term birth.

Michelle attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she received her master’s degree in public health with a concentration in maternal and child health policy and her bachelor’s degree in health care management.
